The purpose of this course is twofold: to review the basic grammatical phenomena and syntactic structures of the French language and to enrich the vocabulary used in everyday communication (level C1).
Upon successful completion of the course, students will be able to apply the knowledge they have acquired and will have acquired skills and abilities that, in combination with Bloom's classification, the learning outcomes are analyzed as follows:
Knowledge
KNOWLEDGE: students will have acquired knowledge of the French language both lexically and linguistically as well as phonologically. attitude and the best French customer service.
COMPREHENSION: students will be able to distinguish elements of the French language in general but also in environments of tourist interest.
Skills
ORGANIZATION: students will be able to apply their new knowledge of French, creating first channels of communication with French-speaking clients
ANALYSIS: students will be able to understand situations and conditions in the field of tourism on the service of French-speaking customers
COMPOSITION: students will be able to propose and organize hypothetical dialogues in French related to customer service.
Abilities
EVALUATION: upon completion of the course students will be able to evaluate the correctness of a dialogue in French

Use of ICT in teaching and communication with students
Both the communication with the students and the implementation of the courses are realized with the help of ICT. Among the tools used is the Zoom application for communication outside the course, while the use of YouTube provides relevant audio-visual material.
To maintain the interest of the trainees, other applications such as Google Lens and Mentimeter are used.
Student assessment is done in many ways.
Initially, it includes a written form with the preparation of a report in Greek or English on a Francophone issue
After the work process, there is highlighting of the mistakes of the work and correction by the students themselves of their mistakes under the supervision of the professor.
Providing students with the correct answers so they can self-assess and understand their score.
Preservation of examination evidence throughout the student's academic life until receiving his degree.
For the final evaluation, the student prepares an individual project.
