This doctoral research explores the concept of tourist happiness and well-being within the contemporary tourism environment. The thesis focuses on the factors that influence the overall tourism experience and the emotional satisfaction of visitors, taking into account social, cultural, and experiential dimensions of tourism. In addition, the research investigates the relationship between tourism experiences, quality of life, perceived happiness, and overall tourist satisfaction. The study draws on contemporary theoretical and research approaches with the aim of contributing to the broader understanding of tourism and tourist experience.
