Purpose:
This doctoral dissertation aims to investigate intercultural digital communication in tourism, focusing on marina infrastructure management as a multicultural environment. It examines the role of digital and automated systems as communication mediators among users from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Materials and Methods:
The study adopts a mixed-methods approach, including literature review, marina case study, qualitative data collection (interviews and observation), and quantitative analysis of user experience through questionnaires. Additionally, a conceptual model of digital marina management is developed with emphasis on communication processes.

Results (expected):
The findings are expected to highlight digital infrastructures as key mediators of communication influencing information comprehension, safety, and user experience. The integration of multilingual and culturally adaptive elements is anticipated to enhance service quality.

Conclusions:
The dissertation contributes to understanding the intersection of tourism, technology, and communication by proposing an integrated framework for marina management, while also exploring their educational potential as authentic learning environments.
