Panos Kondylakis is a seasoned Information Technology leader, specialising in large-scale technology operations and digital transformation within the global luxury hospitality sector. He is currently serving as the Area Director of Information Technology for ORA Hospitality, and he previously served as the Director of Technology, Innovation and Data for Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel in Athens. 

Panos holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems. Having navigated the evolution of hospitality tech for more than 15 years, he has a deep understanding of the technology lifecycle and an expertise in bridging the gap between technical complexity and business objectives for optimising organisational performance.
