Network Management Center
The Network Management Center was developed within the framework of the ΕΠΕΑΕΚ project (Operational Programme for Education and Vocational Training) under the Second Community Support Framework. The initial purpose of the Center is to develop, and subsequently ensure the proper operation of, a comprehensive voice and data transmission network at Ionian University. By implementing appropriate applications, the Network Management Center contributes to more efficient network usage and the integration of new technologies into the administrative and educational activities of the University. Additionally, through this Center, all students are provided with an email account as well as space on the University’s central server for electronic publication. (Web address: http://noc.ionio.gr/)

Electronic Student Record
The Department of Information Systems of Ionian University has developed the Electronic Student Record. Through this system, students can electronically register for the courses they wish to attend and access information regarding the grades they have obtained in their courses. Virtual Classroom
Through the link https://opencourses.ionio.gr/, students have access to all courses offered in the Master’s Programme and can obtain information on the syllabus, announcements from instructors, and course materials uploaded for the respective courses.

Student Ombudsman
The purpose of this service is to provide students with access to support from University authorities in cases where they feel their rights related to student matters are being infringed. Detailed information is available at the following link: https://ionio.gr/gr/students/ombudsman/

Student Welfare
The main objective of Student Welfare is to provide accommodation and meals for a designated number of students of Ionian University, in accordance with the conditions established by the University. Distance Learning via Zoom Platform
Since March 2020, the Department of Tourism has offered distance learning using modern educational technologies through the online platform Zoom. Through this platform, Master’s students can attend courses electronically, with both video and audio, as part of the Master’s Programme.
