Objectives - Learning Results:

The purpose of the course is to providé specific theoretical knowledge and the presentation of methods and techniques for the preparation and implementation of programs - plans for the acquisition, training, reward, evaluation and utilization of employees in organizations / companies. This course helps students to realize and understand the complexity of human resource management in the tourism and hospitality sector by introducing them to the principles and practices of modern human resource management.
